I personally believe that humans reach their max overall ability around the age of 65.

Of course, there are those who would disagree, saying, “That can’t be true; 65 is the end of life. ” some people might say.
It is certainly not unreasonable to think so.

This is because many Japanese companies set the retirement age at 60 or 65 and force employees to leave their positions.

However, there is a reason why I have developed the theory that the age of 65 is the strongest.
It is through the sport of golf.
In my rounds of golf with many people, I have met people whose life in golf reaches its peak of maturity around the age of 65.

Golf is a sport with many different elements added to it.
The power to drive the ball.
The observation of the situation.
The technique to deal with it.
Strategic strategy.
Reading the slope, ball roll, speed, etc.

When we think of a sport, we tend to think of it as a game of physical strength, but golf is a combination of many factors. That is why golf is a sport that can be enjoyed by men and women of all ages.

Isn’t it around age 65 when all of these factors mesh together and you reach the point of proficiency?
A state of mental perfection in which they can compensate for their declining distance with technique, and also become proficient at it.
I have seen many amateur golfers, and this is what I think.

The use of golf as an example here is only a sample that represents mental and physical fulfillment.
However, there are actually many great people in many fields who achieved their greatest works and projects around the age of 65.

Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier, many businesses and companies are forced to exit around the age of 65.
Unless they are founders or executives, they are demoted to part-time or temporary positions that are less rewarding.

Despite this, what a large number of people are trying their best to join the organization that will one day be thrown out…,

If this is the case, then we should believe in our own maturity around the age of 65, learn various aspects of the job, and prepare ourselves to demonstrate our abilities.
Yes, we must make it a top priority to learn not for the “power to be accepted,” that is, to join an organization, but to develop the “power of life” for ourselves.

Capability Assets in Old Age

The perspective that views the age around 65 as a period of life fulfillment emphasizes the value of accumulated experience and knowledge rather than age-related decline.
The fact that many great people have achieved their greatest accomplishments around age 65 speaks to the high potential.

However, society and corporate structures are not taking full advantage of this potential.
The decline in the quality of work at retirement age and at the end of a career is not simply a decline in ability, but also a decline in motivation stemming from the fact that many people do not see advancement in their careers, or from a decline in salary due to already part-time treatment.
