#e11 The natural that is a self is deep.

We ourselves are part of nature.

When we get right down to ourself, I am nature myself.
The nature that is you is synchronized with many aspects of the universe.
Looking down at myrself as a part of nature is a powerful way to feel a deep connection to the universe in which we exist.
The myriad processes that take place within our bodies, heartbeats, breaths, and thoughts all follow the laws of nature.

The flow of emotions and thoughts we feel is similar to the seasons and weather changes in nature.
Each emotion and thought, while shifting, forms the pattern of our lives as a whole.

Our ability to look at ourselves from a bird’s eye view also allows us to find our place within the larger framework of nature and to consider things from a broader perspective.
From this perspective, we can recognize the interdependence that exists between ourselves and the world around us and understand the role we live in nature.

It’s hard to know who I am.

How much do you understand about the whole world and the whole universe?

Your knowledge of the universe is probably only about equal to your knowledge of yourself, of nature.
Perhaps your knowledge of the universe is only about equal to your knowledge of nature?

As long as we are living organisms arising from natural phenomena, it seems to me that our knowledge of the universe is so broad and deep that it is almost as unknowable as the universe itself.

We hear people say, “I know myself best,
On the other hand, we also hear that “I don’t know myself best.

In this way, there are aspects of ourselves that we “know” and aspects that we “don’t know,” but I believe that life becomes more interesting and profound when we live from the perspective of “not knowing.

I believe that every object is a “body of energy” that possesses a kind of magnetic force.

These energy bodies react to and are attracted to various energy bodies in the world.
It is like the S and N poles of a magnet.
There are innumerable such things like magnets in the world.

We believe that these energy bodies can be attracted to any object, not only objects, but also images and emotional objects.
The laws of mutual attraction are too complex to be understood by current human knowledge.

Some have great gravity, like the sun, while others are pulled around the earth, like the moon.
With myriad interrelationships, things in the world are pulling and pushing each other.
Therefore, I believe that the fact that we encounter and are attracted to our favorite artists and works of art is actually a kind of magnetic force at work.

What kind of energy do I have, what attracts and influences me?
I think if you look at yourself, you can notice these tendencies.

So I think it is very important to keep a journal, meditate, and feel the workings of nature.

Meditation, yoga, or Zen have long existed as skills in all civilizations.
Even if the methods are slightly different, the purpose is the same.

It is a skill that naturally arose as human intelligence increased, to confirm one’s consciousness, to confirm one’s existence, and to reset oneself.
Let’s make time to look at ourselves from time to time in order to “ZEN Jibun Sodate”
