#e26 Valuing femininity and masculinity

The Creation of Things

The process of creating things can be thought of as very similar to the birth of life.
A single-celled organism can only produce copies, that is, individuals with the same data.
Copies can only respond to the same events and can become extinct at one accident.

Creatures have chosen to intermingle sexes to preserve diversity and have created diverse ecosystems.

In the same way, in the creative process, new things have been created by the fusion of different ideas and perspectives.

Many inventions have been created by combining completely different fields. Similarly, the birth of our ideas can be sparked by the connection of opposite and different ideas.
This is also true of the workings of the “left brain” and the “right brain.
The left brain is responsible for logical thinking and language processing, while the right brain is responsible for sensory perception and creative thinking.
When these opposing functions are combined, innovative ideas and creations are born.
In other words, it is an aspect of the fusion of the feminine and masculine within us.

The concept of “feminine” and “masculine” in the creative process transcends physical gender.
Having a balance of both elements is the key to creative thinking and ideas.

To create something implies this “fusion” that results from the union of different elements.
The process of mating between a man and a woman to produce offspring is material, but when a creation is produced, it requires non-material things such as ideas, thoughts, and culture.
Knowing and being involved in many things leads to sowing more of these seeds and more chances for them to bloom.
Understanding and respecting this creative process is the key to a richer and more diverse creation.

However, there are times when we sabotage our own integration of the feminine and masculine within ourselves.
The reason is that we get stuck in prejudices that we have developed over the years.
It is what is called the “dominant brain” effect.
The “dominant brain” means that we are used to using one side of our brain, just as everyone has a dominant hand.
This is the “dominant brain” effect, which results in a bias toward the femininity and masculinity of the individual.

There are many organs and organs in living things, including humans, that have two.
We have two nostrils and two ears.
There are also two kidneys and lungs, which are sometimes at rest on either side, in turn.

We cannot consciously use either of our organs, but when it comes to our hands, feet, eyes, and brain, we somehow establish the one we are more comfortable using as our “dominant ○○”.

Balancing the “right brain with the left brain” is a critical approach to creativity.
Understanding and consciously utilizing the left and right functions of the brain increases the likelihood of generating new ideas and solutions.

For example, consciously practicing the use of the non-dominant hand in daily life is one effective way to balance the dominant brain.
These small changes provide the brain with new stimuli and opportunities to see things from different perspectives.

Other ways to stimulate creativity include exposure to different disciplines, cultures, and ideas.

The greatest obstacle we face in this “creative journey” of exposure to the new is fear and resistance.
Fear of failure and criticism often hold us back when trying something new.
And we tend to choose to act as we always have.

But creativity requires the courage to overcome these fears and the playfulness to enjoy differences.
In doing so, we can push ourselves beyond our own limits.

While the creative process is often a solitary journey, the inspiration that comes from interacting with others is also valuable.
Sometimes we join communities that we have no interest in at all, and through dialogue and collaboration with others, we gain new perspectives and are exposed to ideas that we could not have come up with on our own.
In this way, we can delve into sources of creativity that we could not have found on our own.

The pursuit of creativity is ultimately a dialogue with ourselves, a process of self-realization.
When we create something, we are expressing a part of ourselves outwardly, which allows us to understand ourselves more deeply.
Through the creative process, we can explore our own feelings, thoughts, and values and give form to them, creating them outwardly like the birth of a child.

Daring to experience the opposite

One way to stimulate the feminine and masculine to enhance creativity is to try daring to do something that you normally dislike.

This is not just an experience, but an enjoyment of the act from the standpoint of understanding its appeal.
In other words, experience it from a positive perspective.

In the case of women

Many women, for example, dislike men who gamble.
This is probably because conservative women dislike destructive lifestyles.

However, it might be interesting to observe why men engage in such destructive play in the first place.
And to understand how they feel, they should try gambling.

Gambling, however, should not be the lottery.
Public gambling and other forms of gambling that are relatively easy to hit the target are a good choice.
If possible, blackjack or roulette is better.

Gambling hit or miss is much like confessing to someone you like and getting an O.K. or rejection.
Many men are never popular.
They have to initiate themselves one day to get a partner.
Gambling, so to speak, is a simulated experience of this.

This experience will help you in the following ways, for example

Female creators tend to dislike being imitated.
Therefore, they tend to be too conservative and reluctant to present their ideas.
Or they may have an idea, but not actually act on it.
One way to stimulate this negative mindset is to gamble.

For women, in addition to gambling, it may be a good idea to travel alone, play golf, go camping, make plastic models, go for a drive, do strength training, and so on.

For Men

Men may prefer gardening, sewing, knitting, and baking.

Men, by virtue of their gender, tend to be active.
They are less likely to be in the passive position of being motioned to and “choosing” the opposite sex as women are.

Therefore, they learn motherhood through the experience of loving and nurturing their own children.
That you have cherished with all your heart and soul,
The feeling that it is the only one in the world, and that you want someone else to cherish it,
That kind of spirituality,
We imagine the inner life of our hearts and nurture our fineness.

This experience can be used, for example, to

Male creators tend to lack a background or story that sticks in the mind, even if the quality of the product is good,
but they tend to lack a background or story that sticks in the mind.
They tend to lack a detailed explanation of how they arrived at their goal.

It tends to be a “few strikes and you’re right” situation.

For men, in addition to gardening, it may be a good idea to make yourself look as beautiful as possible, dress up, put on makeup, or cook a home-cooked meal with love and care.

Not to abhor one’s opposite idea, but to stimulate it.

The limiting age of creation lasts until death.

If you want to have children, the age limit is around 60 for men and 40 for women,
(as a general theory). (As a general theory).

However, if we consider 100 years of life,
We can say that we can create and create something for a longer time than procreation and that we are active throughout our lives.

During that time, we can become a true creator by repeating the process of sometimes becoming a woman and sometimes taking a masculine point of view.
The path is a journey to discover the joy and fulfillment of life itself.
